Return/Refunds

We want you to love your UnFed gear as much as we do. If something’s not quite right, here’s how our returns and exchanges work:

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted for full-priced items only (meal prep backpacks and patches).
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery (tracked date).
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and with all tags or labels intact.
  • Sale, promotional, or discounted items are final sale unless faulty.

 

We Cannot Accept Returns If:

The item is on final sale or was purchased with a promo/discount code (unless faulty).

  • The product shows signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Returns are made after the 14-day window (based on tracking).
  • The product was received as part of a bundle or promotional set (unless faulty).
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at info@unfedclub.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will assess the fault and arrange a replacement or refund if a replacement is unavailable.
  • Refunds are only issued if the item is deemed faulty beyond repair or replacement.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for equal or greater value items.
  • Any price differences must be settled before shipping the new item.
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange, unless faulty.

 

How to Return an Item

  1. Email info@unfedclub.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Wait for our return approval and shipping instructions.
  3. Send your item back in its original packaging using a trackable shipping service.
  4. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
  5. Once received and approved, you’ll receive either:
    • A store credit (valid for 12 months), or
    • An exchange tracking number if swapping items.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for faulty items that cannot be replaced.
  • Refunds exclude shipping costs and duties.
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

 

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations as our warehouse processes quickly.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may issue store credit only.
  • Orders already dispatched cannot be modified or cancelled.

 

Quality & Care

  • Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing fault.
  • Colour variations may occur due to screen settings—this is not considered a defect.
