We ship from our Auckland, New Zealand warehouse.
We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia. Please contact us if shipping options are not available at checkout.
New Zealand Orders
Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
Express: 1-2 business days
Under $250NZD → Calculated at checkout
$250NZD+ → Free standard shipping
Australia Orders
Standard Shipping: 6-12 business days
Express: 3-6 business days
Under $270 AUD → Calculated at checkout
$270 AUD+ → Free standard shipping
All orders include a tracking link in your confirmation email.
Delivery times are guidelines only. Track your order within 72 hours of dispatch. If minor delays occur (e.g., customs or courier issues), please contact your local delivery service directly.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@unfedclub.com so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
